Ilham Driouich, 23, of Enola and Anas Soubai, 28, of Harrisburg, defrauded $74,750 from 18 customers by selling unroadworthy vehicles, according to an article that ran on Pennlive on January 28.
The married couple owned Power Auto Sales at 7841 Paxton Street in Harrisburg.
