The East Pennsboro police department are reporting an incident of individuals dumping a large number of black trash bags full of construction debris on a private property on Holtz Road. The license plate is identified as one that is in transit, meaning that it was recently sold, or purchased.
East Pennsboro Police are soliciting the help of the public in identifying the two gentlemen responsible.
The incident occurred on December 22 at 4:36 p.m.
