The East Pennsboro Township Police reported a theft in the 100 Block of Creekside Drive, Enola.
The victim said that over $8,000 dollars worth of tools was stolen from the house.
The suspect was identified as Jacob Martin of Steelton. An interview was conducted with Martin and he admitted to stealing items from the residence.
Martin was arrested and taken to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment.
