Penn Harris Hotel Receives Grant

The Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) recently announced the recipients of the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). 

Among the grantees is the Penn Harris Hotel located at 1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill. The Hotel, now operated by Wyndham, is a historic, full-service hotel  with 30,000 square foot of event space, including a 15,000 square-foot ballroom that can accommodate 1,400 people, making it one of the largest conference centers in Cumberland County.

The grant, in the amount of $1 million, will be used for capital improvements to the interior and exterior, including the roof, facade, HVAC, landscaping and paving.
