Pennsylvania Keeps Losing

The IRS is reporting that people are leaving Pennsylvania in droves and this doesn't bode well for the financial future of the state, despite the fact that PA has taken in a record number of taxes this year.

According to records, the state was 31st in population change and a stunning 35th in wealth.
