Cumberland County Announces Arrest in Human Trafficking Initiative

A new initiative called "Impact Demand" was launched this weekend. The county's Criminal Investigation Division partnered with Upper Allen Police and the Cumberland County's Sheriff's office to identify individuals who responded to an advertisement to meet at a hotel and be paid for sex.
